Policy Information and Frequently Asked Questions for Trading Post Bread Club

We ask all new subscribers to carefully read through the following information and guidelines. This creates a clear understanding between Trading Post and each of our Bread Club members.

SUBSCRIPTION MENU

Trading Post offers the following loaves as part of our Bread Club:

Baguette - $4 (available Tuesday and Friday)

Country Loaf - $6.50 (available Tuesday and Friday)

Sliced Wheat Pullman - $10 (available Tuesday and Friday)

Sliced Rye Pullman - $11 (available Tuesday and Friday)

Fruit & Nut Bread - $16 (available Friday only)

Tuesday 2x2 Rotation of Sliced Wheat & Rye - $10.5/wk (available Tuesday only)

Friday 4x4 Rotation of Country, Wheat, Rye, F&N - $11/wk (available Friday only)

LOCATIONS – PLEASE READ

We bake bread for our Bread Club subscribers on Tuesdays AND Fridays. When you sign up, the first page will refer to ‘Tuesday’ pickup, however, on the next page when you make your bread selections, you will have the choice to select the options on Tuesday or Friday. You may pick options on both days and have fresh bread twice weekly!

 

PICKUP HOURS

TUESDAY EARLY: Trading Post from 10am-2pm

TUESDAY LATE: Dahlia & Sage Community Market from 3pm-8pm

FRIDAY ALL DAY: Trading Post from 10am-9pm

(note: If you select Tuesday options, your order will be moved from Trading Post to Dahlia & Sage at 2pm.) 

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

You may choose from any of our product offerings by selecting the item and date/location for pick-up. You will be prompted to select your subscription payment cycle from two choices:

MONTHLY: prepay 4 weeks (recurring)

BAKER’S DOZEN: prepay 12 weeks and get your 13th week free (recurring)

PAYMENTS

We use an online application called Farmigo to help manage the logistics of this subscription program, enabling our customers to manage their subscription orders, pick-up preferences and financial transactions for their accounts. We accept payment via Paypal, which you can use to manage payments from your credit card or bank account.

AUTO-PAY

All subscription accounts are on an auto-pay cycle and your payment will be processed according to the payment option you select at check out.

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

You may make changes to an existing subscription at any time. All changes submitted by Sunday at 11:59pm will take effect the following week.  Changes submitted after this deadline will take effect the next week.

If your changed subscription is valued at a higher price than your previous selection, you will be prompted to pay the difference and your auto-pay will be adjusted accordingly at the next renewal. If your changed subscription is valued at a lesser price than your previous selection, you will have a credit applied at the end of your subscription and your next auto-payment will reflect the credit. Future payments will be adjusted to the new amount.

SUBSCRIPTION HOLDS

If you are unable to pick up your subscription, you may have your friend or neighbor pick it up, or you may put your subscription on hold by choosing this option in your account on our  subscription web application.

CANCELLATION POLICY and REFUNDS

Trading Post does not offer refunds on prepaid subscriptions, however you may cancel your Subscription at any time by placing it on Permanent Hold. To avoid being charged for a new cycle, please cancel your subscription prior to your automatic payment date. You may cancel your subscription by managing your account on our subscription web application.

MISSED PICKUP

Our breads are made using the highest quality natural ingredients and as such they have a limited shelf life.  Note the recommended use-by details on the product page. If you miss your pick-up window, you can come in the next day during Trading Post business hours to pick up your subscription. All bread that is not picked up after two days (your pick-up day + 1 day) will be donated to our local Cloverdale Food Pantry. 

COMMUNICATION

Email is our main form of communication with you and you can reach us regarding your Bread Club membership at bread@thepostcloverdale.com. If you need to reach a person over the phone, you are welcome to call our restaurant line and leave a message and we will return your call as promptly as possible. 

HOW DO I GET STARTED

Click on the ‘BREAD CLUB’ tab on our website and then the ‘Join’ button to be routed to the sign up page. Once you have made your selections, a confirmation of your account will be automatically emailed to you. 

HOLIDAYS/BREAKS IN SERVICE

Each winter Trading Post gives its staff a holiday, typically immediately following the end of the year. We will notify you of our scheduled break via email in advance and customers will not be charged for the cancelled pick-up days. If there are other breaks in service you will be notified in advance.
